ROYAL TERN CERAMICS PHILS., INC. promises to the consumer to repair, or at the option of ROYAL TERN to replace the flapper or fill valve which prove to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal usage for 5 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is null and void if the plumbing product has been subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident or other damage; if it was not installed in accordance with Royal Tern's instructions; or if it has been modified in a manner inconsistent with the product as shipped by Royal Tern.
- In the event of a limited warranty claim, proof of purchase will be required.
- WARRANTY PERIOD STARTS JUNE 15, 2009.
